Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Ground shipping within continental U.S is free. Final shipping costs will always be displayed on the final checkout page prior to your confirming the order.

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: NovaHaat.com ships worlwide.

Q: How quickly do you ship?
A: All in-stock items are shipped within one business day.

Transit Time
Q: How long would the shipment take to arrive?
A: Domestic U.S shipments to the 48 lower states usually arrive within 2-5 days of shipping. International shipments usually arrive within 6-12 days of shipping. Custom clearances in destination countries can delay shipments. All shipments are made from our Arizona, U.S warehouse.

Q: Who is responsible for customs duties or taxes levied in the destination country?
A: Customer is solely responsible for any duties or taxes levied by the destination country.

Q: What all payment choices do I have?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit cards. We also accept payments through Paypal. U.S residents can also pay through checks, certified checks or money orders.

A: We charge Sales Tax if the Ship-to address is in the state of Arizona, USA. Current Sales Tax rate is 7.8%
