A: NovaHaat.com ships to addresses in the U.S, the U.K, Germany, Australia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France, Canada, Austria, Switzerland and the Nordic countries.

Q: How quickly do you ship?

A: All in-stock items are shipped within one business day.

Q: How long would the shipment take to arrive?

A: Domestic U.S shipments to the 48 lower states usually arrive within 2-3 days of shipping. International shipments usually arrive within 6-10 days of shipping. Custom clearances in destination countries can delay shipments. All shipments are made from our Arizona, U.S warehouse.

Q: Who is responsible for customs duties or taxes levied in the destination country?

A: Customer is solely responsible for any duties or taxes levied by the destination country.
